01 / The real problem
Automation starts where the process breaks.
Tailoring an application meant repeatedly copying job descriptions, finding ATS terms, comparing them with a candidate profile, choosing a template and keeping the resulting files organised. The repetitive work consumed the time that should have gone into reviewing and improving the application.
Unstructured input
A job page contains useful requirements mixed with navigation, marketing and inconsistent formatting.
Generic AI output
Without a stable profile, scoring rules and templates, generated documents drift in tone and relevance.
No reliable hand-off
Even good drafts lose value if filenames, Drive links and match scores are not recorded consistently.
A clear path from trigger to outcome.
Extract
The workflow receives a job link and converts the role description into clean structured data.
Evaluate
It identifies ATS keywords and compares role requirements against the candidate profile.
Generate
The best template is selected and tailored resume and cover-letter drafts are produced.
Deliver
Editable documents are saved to Google Drive and their links, rating and suggestions enter the tracking sheet.
