01 / The real problem
Automation starts where the process breaks.
A specialist recommendation normally requires a long consultation. The MVP needed to collect enough structured information to produce a useful fitting analysis, charge for different report tiers, and deliver a professional document—all without forcing the customer to create an account.
Quiz state could be lost
A multi-step, no-login journey needed dependable progress and validation before payment.
Payment and generation were asynchronous
A successful checkout could not rely on the browser staying open while the report was built.
AI output needed structure
Free-form recommendations had to become predictable sections inside a branded PDF.

Assess
The customer completes a tier-aware fitting quiz without creating an account.

Stripe processes payment and a verified webhook starts fulfilment independently of the browser.
